    Excellent food each and every time. I'm a regular at Billy's from April to October. The haddock francese and scallop francese cannot be matched, not even in the Rochester area. Wonderful quality haddock and sweet tender scallops. Utica greens melt in your mouth. Reservations are a must!!! Billy always greets me with a smile and never lets you leave without a personal thank you. The waitresses are wonderful and work very hard in this busy place.
